Wowsers! 300 Posts!! To celebrate, some chickpeas, festive style:
Kath made these a week ago and I was intrigued. They live up to their hype!
Pumpkin Pie Chickpeas
1 19 oz can chickpeas, rinsed, drained and patted dry
1 tsp oil
2 TB maple syrup
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients until evenly coated.
Spread on a cookie sheet (I used a parchment lined one instead of greased).
Bake 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Yum!

I've totally had roasted chick peas on my list of things to try! Thanks for the second opinion!
I second what Angie said!
I've never had chickpeas in any other form other than hummus.. are they crunchy?
