Grain post #1

As I was catching up on blogs, I came across this week's challenge: whole grains. Easy, peasy! Since I was kinda snacky, I whipped up a batch of my favourite grain:

POPCORN!
Note the supersized container of Orville's. It's almost empty. Popcorn is my go-to snack 'cause I can control the fat, with the added benefit of forcing me to FLOSS!


Nutritional yeast and 1TBSP of buttah:


And a sprinkle of sea salt & 1 TBSP yeast:


The perfect snack!

Stay tuned for more grains this week...I've been craving an old favourite (Mexican chicken and quinoa) and channa masala on bulgar. Yummy!
