Marathon Training Begins!

Today was day number 1!

I'm following John Bingham's Marathoning for Mortals run/walk program. Today's run was 35 minutes of 3:2.

Never heard of your marathon program. I'll have to look it up. I like the 100 Day Marathon Program. It mixes walking/running to especially on the longer workout days.
