There was some carnage

that involved wavy lays and onion chip dip. And some Swedish berries (and I don't even like candy that much). Oy vey. When will I learn to go to bed when I'm tired instead of eating?

Hmmm. Wavy lays and onion chip dip sound like heaven.

I HAVE to have a snack before bed, have to have to! I don't feel satisfied otherwise. So for the last two weeks I've been planning out a nice healthy snack, I eat it b/w 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. usually and then I brush my teeth and am done for the night. Planning in advance has really helped me curb the nighttime eating I used to do!
