Hump Day

And I'm feelin' it!

Day's been OK so far:

Breakfast:
Squirrelly bread with 1TB PB and 1tsp Blue Menu Twice the Fruit jam
homemade chai with nog

Snack:
1/2 c yogurt, 1/2 c Allbran, 1 cup homemade applesauce
tall non-fat chai

Lunch:
2 homemade cabbage rolls in tomato sauce
1 cup fruit salad

Dinner:
2 homemade cabbage rolls in tomato sauce

Water:
I've downed a litre and a half so far...
