OK, they aren't great, but there's definitely a difference! Add to the equation that in this past session, I probably missed 2.5 weeks because of my crazy work schedule. All in all, I'm happy with it. Slow and steady wins the race, after all.
After 18 weeks here's my measurements:
Bicep: -0.75"
Chest: -0.75"
Abs: -1.125"
Hips: -2.75"
Thigh: -0.875"
Calf: STS
Total lost: -6.25"
Weight: -1.6 pounds
And with that, I'm off to catch up with my peeps in Weatherfield!
