but I'm a morning exercise person. Running after a day at work sucks. Scaling back my mileage has been killing me, especially since I don't get my running groove for at least 5K! This body is built for endurance, not speed.
However, slow and steady (and only 10% increase in mileage/week) will get me across the finish line upright, smiling and most importantly, uninjured.
Registration for non-Hawaii residents should open this weekend!
